In a sauce pan put cheese, milk and cream on low flame till cheese melts. TO ASSEMBLE In a serving platter arrange French fries fried, top with chicken mince, then beans mixture with sauce, top with capsicum, jalapeno, jerkins, drizzle with cheese sauce, serve immediately. Aalu Bhaji Gosht: Ingredients Mutton ½ kg Tomatoes 2 sliced Coriander leaves (chopped) ½ cup Green chilies 8 Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp Onions 2 sliced Potatoes 2 cut in big cubes Yogurt ½ cup Salt 1 ½ tsp Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp Spinach (finely chopped) ½ kg Fenugreek leaves (chopped) 3 Dill (finely chopped) ½ bunch Turmeric ½ tsp Allspice 1 tsp Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp Oil 1 cup Red chili powder 1 tsp Parathas to serve METHOD Blend together coriander leaves, green chilies and yogurt. In a pan put mutton, finely chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and blended mixture, ginger garlic paste, whole spices, turmeric, chili powder, cumin with finely chopped spinach, soya, fenugreek leaves, add in oil, cover and cook for 45 mins on low flame. When meat ¾ done, add potatoes, cover and cook until potatoes tender, bhuno well, add allspice powder and remove. Serve with parathas. Mango Bread Pudding: Ingredients Mango (very finely chopped) 2 cups Bread 6 slices Milk 2 ½ cups Caramel custard 1 box Fresh cream 2 packets (400 gm) Sugar 1 cup METHOD Boil milk first, add custard pudding mixture, when custard is thick remove and keep aside. Cut the corners of bread slices, place them in a dish, cover the base of dish with slices then prepared the custard on it, top with chopped mangoes, beat cream with sugar, top with cream, sprinkle the leftover pieces of mango, chill for 4 hours then serve.
