Kelowna Real Estate Market Update: Coffee With Andy

We’re winding things up as we steamroll into holiday season. We still managed to sell an impressive 39 residential homes last week including 6 over $2 million and 2 over $3 million. These homes were all spread out and included sales in Lake Country, Wilden, Upper Mission, Crawford, Lakeview Heights and Southeast Kelowna. The median sale price was $850,000. This is an improvement from last week’s 32 transactions and 32 for the same week in 2024. Incremental progress is still progress. We produced 7 apartment sales last week which is down from last year’s 18 and last week’s 21 transactions. We were all stoked about 21 last week and were crossing our fingers that we could build on this but we’re back to the new normal with the condo market continuing to struggle. Not too much snow on the ground around Kelowna these days and none on the flats so Kierra and I have been zipping around dropping by old friends and clients just saying hi and reconnecting. It’s really the best time of the year seeing people again and getting caught up. Book Club Update. We started a book club a little over a year ago and we’re up to about 12 regulars.
