Undertaking work-based projects with confidence

E-Clinic presented by Chinny Nzekwe-Excel from the University of Wolverhampton Business School. The purpose of the session was to enable attendees to make a start on/ continue to undertake proposed work-based projects with confidence. The challenges and uncertainties of the current global climate have meant that businesses and individuals are slightly (and in some cases very) apprehensive with respect to carrying on ‘with business as usual’ and many are not considering expanding on their business offerings. In the context of this session, such business offerings are classed as work-based projects, which could be mini-projects, targeted tasks and major organisational initiatives. Focusing on the workplace, the session will educate attendees on how to investigate specific issue(s) in their own workplace setting.
