Antidote for Remote working: Q & A for managing remote workers

The onset of the Covid-19 pandemic has seen us re frame our work setting and we are now asking our workers and managers to work remotely and more flexibly. This new way of working brings many advantages but along with it come the challenges of managing people from a distance. This session gives an overview of those challenges and particularly considers the issues that managers need to consider when supervising their staff remotely.
