This class is perfect for runners or athletes looking for a low-impact, core conditioning class to activate and strengthen deep stabilising muscles. We stretch and strengthen using the Pilates ball (optional, you can do it without) before finishing off with a side series to target the obliques and gluteus medius. It is super important for runners in particular that we work on strengthening our body laterally (side body) to balance out the muscles.
