This is a 24 min chair prop yoga session. It is a short and sweet workout, ideal for seniors that will give you a full body stretch as you practice your yoga poses with a chair prop. Using a chair as a prop benefits those with mobility issues who are unable to get to the floor. It is also great for anyone unable to get the correct alignment on the floor, and for those who lack strength or balance on the floor. The chair provides stability and support so you can focus on getting the correct alignment and therefore deriving the full benefits of the pose. I hope you enjoy it!
