1 Week Meal Prep in 1 Hour I केवल 1 घंटे में 1 सप्ताह के खाना की तैयारी करें I Pankaj Bhadouria Today I am sharing with you my 1 Week Meal Prep in 1 Hour plan that I used to follow myself. Many of you might know that before winning MasterChef, I was a school teacher for 16 years. Early morning, I had prepare tiffins for the kids, my husband, myself, lunch at home, get the kids ready, get ready myself and then leave home by 7:00 a.m. It wasn't easy at all. But I believe that this is one problem that is faced by all working women. So to ease my job, what I would do was that I would spend one hour on a Sunday to prep for all my meals for the entire week. My 1 Week Meal Prep in 1 Hour plan was very systematically organised and I would always follow the flow that I had decided for myself. This would make efficient use of the little time I had in my hand because I did not want to spend too much time in the kitchen and spend more time with my family. This 1 Week Meal Prep in 1 Hour plan included some ready pastes, purees, boiled ingredients and some frozen ones as well. The 10 ingredients of my one week meal prep in one hour plan include: 1. Fried onion paste 2. Chop masala 3. Cooked tomato paste 4. Boiled eggs 5. Boiled potatoes 6. Ginger garlic paste 7. Palak, bathua puree 8. Chopped greens 9. Fresh frozen vegetables 10. Chopped green chilies in oil And this was the flow that I would follow for my 1 Week Meal Prep in 1 Hour plan to ensure that everything went smoothly and I managed to finish all my cooking in 1 hour as I wanted to. 1. Put potatoes to boil 2. Put eggs to boil 3. Make ginger garlic paste 4. Slice and chop the onions 5. Chop the onions 6. Put onions to fry 7. Halve & Chop the tomatoes 8. Put the tomatoes to boil 9. Make chop masala 10. Make fried onion paste 11. Make tomato paste 12. Blanch, refresh, drain, Ziploc veggies and freeze 13. chop greens and place in containers lined with tissue 14. finally chop green chilies and store in oil This 1 Week Meal Prep in 1 Hour plan is not just for working women but also for homemakers, young professionals and in fact anybody who enjoy scooking but has paucity of time.
