Served with my Coriander Lime Dipping Sauce, you won't be hitting up your local fast food joint anytime soon, haha :D I hope you enjoy this video :) Let's be friends on the interwebz :D Facebook Public Page: Vijaya Selvaraju Instagram/Twitter/Snapchat: @vijayaselvaraju Music: http://www.bensound.com INGREDIENTS 4 boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces Juice of 1 Lemon 2 cloves Garlic, finely grated 1 Tbsp Ginger, finely grated 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1/2 tsp ground Red Chili powder 1/2 tsp ground Cumin 1/4 tsp Turmeric 1/4 tsp White Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt Oil for deep-frying 1 Egg, whisked 1 cup Corn Starch Cut Lemon to garnish For Dipping Sauce: 1 cup, Mayo 1/4 cup, chopped fresh Coriander 2 Thai Chilis, chopped 1 clove Garlic, smashed Juice of 1/2 Lime 1/2 tsp, ground Cumin Pinch of Salt METHOD Combine chicken, lemon, garlic, ginger, spices, sugar and salt in a bowl. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Fill a pot with 1 inch of oil, and heat to 350 degrees. Mix Egg into Chicken. Place Cornstarch in a resealable plastic bag, and add chicken, a few pieces at a time. Seal bag, and shake to coat. Remove, set aside, and repeat with remaining chicken. Place coated Chicken in oil. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until Chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Garnish with wedges of lemon. For the Dipping Sauce, combine Mayo, Coriander, Chilis, Garlic, Lime Juice, Cumin and Salt in a blender. Whiz unti smooth. Serve with Curry Popcorn Chicken and enjoy! :)
