Age is a very real factor in your health and fitness, but it effects everyone differently. Some folks are physically old before 30. Other's are young and vibrant well into their later years. While the actual number of your age is a factor, the mentality you take with training and fitness can be far more important. Training the "young and dumb" way can work for a while, but it eventually catches up to you. The experienced and smart way is a much better way to go. Some people start training this way right away. Other's don't get there until they are older. Either way, it's actually less about age and how well you train that determine the age you feel.
