Its been a while since I punished myself, and a 200km ride seemed like the perfect candidate. In this video I ride down to Mount Keira with a bunch of mates. Its a slog of a ride, with climbs, rollers and no shortage of sugar consumed. Its these long days on the bike that I love though.
