Ingredients: Chicken mince, 350g Beef mince, 350g Cilantro, 20g Onion, 100g Garlic, 20g Greek yogurt, 200 g Cucumbers, 150g Salt, pepper Preparation: Place 100 g of onion in a blender and chop. Mix 350 g of chicken mince and 350 g of beef mince. Add the chopped onion to the mince. Add chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Grate 20 g of garlic. Mix everything well. Wrap the meat mixture around skewers and place them on foil. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Grate 150 g of cucumber using a coarse grater. Add chopped cilantro to the cucumber. Add salt and Greek yogurt. Mix everything well. Place the cooked lula kebab on flatbread.
