So everything is colder, slower, and more dangerous—just how the Ministry likes it. To “balance” that, the Orbital 380mm HE Barrage is free for all. Subtlety is cancelled. I ran the AR-2 Coyote as my primary and wore the FS-05 Marksman heavy set for 50% explosive resistance, which is mandatory when the sky is casually dropping 380mm shells. Stratagems: A/MLS-4X Rocket Sentry, Eagle 500kg Bomb, LIFT-850 Jump Pack, and LAS-99 Quasar Cannon—more than enough firepower to convince metal it doesn’t belong on Lesath. We punched through the fabricators, cleaned up most of the side objectives, and spent a good part of the mission watching huge, free explosions erase entire problem areas. I was fully expecting at least one “who dropped that on us?” moment, but somehow nobody got turned into friendly shrapnel. That’s not to say clones weren’t used—three of us stayed clean, while one Helldiver turned the clone factory into his personal revolving door. It’s fine. We didn’t run out, and the bots did. Extraction was heavy but controlled—gunships, bots, artillery, and a lot of shouting—but we held the LZ, kept the fabricator trash off the Pelican, and everyone successfully extracted. Four stars earned, factories ruined, and Lesath left with a few fresh craters in all the right places. This no-commentary 4K cinematic run is recorded on a dedicated PC through a capture card and played on an RTX 5090 with an i7-14700K at ultra settings for maximum explosive detail. We’re using the Beta Slim build—same performance, less drive space, more room for future bad decisions involving free 380mm barrages.
