Jemma Redden is a passionate leader with an interest in breaking down barriers for young people. She is the Director of a Social Enterprise called Access Generation. In this talk, she describes the research undertaken by the company, along with the reasons why its work is so significant. In an eloquent unfolding of narrative, Jemma encourages us to support their mission to help young people become the leaders they were destined to be. Her mission is to share young people’s views and expectations to help businesses become more visible and attractive to young people. Through her marketing strategy, she has engaged with over 700 businesses either face-to-face or through speaking engagements at events. As well as supporting businesses, Access Generation are proud to be supporting community programmes with employer engagement activity as a delivery partner for the Prince’s Trust.
