In this video I share tips for those using the Maffetone Training Method or MAF Training approach who may be frustrated with how slow it feels. Unlearning old habits and developing new ones can be a challenging task. Training too hard, too often or overtraining at a more anaerobic level can lead to a deficient aerobic function that feels like a struggle when attempting to run at your maximum aerobic HR. MAF training is an opportunity to reset and build that aerobic function for years to come for better health and fitness.
