Ingredients: Cake: • 2 eggs • 200g sugar • 300g flour • 60g cocoa powder • 2 tsp baking powder • ⅛ tsp salt • ¼ tsp vanilla • 125g vegetable oil • 185g milk • 45g hot water • 1 tbsp instant coffee (or espresso powder) Hot Chocolate Glaze: • 240g milk • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • 2 tbsp sugar Chocolate Cream Topping: • 175g dark chocolate • 75g yogurt Instructions: 1. Mix hot water + instant coffee, set aside. 2. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until pale and fluffy. 3. Add milk and oil, whisk well. 4. Sift in cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt. 5. Add the coffee mixture, fold gently until smooth. 6. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50–55 min. 7. While cake is warm, pour hot chocolate glaze over it. 8.
