These super simple arm swinging exercises are designed to open up energetic pathways and boost circulation. They are easy to do, but somewhat surprisingly you do each movement fifty to eighty times. All of this will take about 10 minutes and the result will be increased energy and vitality! 1.Front to back swings. 2.Alternating front/back swing with heel raises. 3.Cross arm swings overhead and under. 4.Horizontal hugs. 5.Side to side double arm swings. 6.Wrap and rotate.
