Burnout those biceps with our quick 10-minute workout. The biceps are composed of two parts: the long head and the short head (both located in the front of the upper arm). We incorporate 6 different exercises to make sure you're building those biceps correctly and efficiently. All you need is 10 minutes with us and a set of medium weight dumbbells (we use 5 lbs).
