Hi Friends! Here it is! The Low Impact (no jumping) version of the previous workout. This version is all the same exercises from last week, except modified to low impact…which is not the same as “low energy”. We can still gain many benefits from a low impact cardio workout! Although I describe this workout as “Tabata” which typically means all out effort for 20 seconds followed by a short 10 seconds recovery, the “all out effort” is up to you. I have set a moderate pace, however if you need to slow it down please do listen to your body. 🟣 Exercise List: 1.) HIGH ENERGY MARCH 2.) STEP FORWARD SQUATS 3.) SIDE TO SIDE QUICK WIDE SQUATS 4.) LOW IMPACT BEX HOPSCOTCH ( 2 forward squats, 4 Side to Side Taps, 4 Count Turn, Repeat Sequence. 5.) ALTERNATING KNEE LIFTS 6.) LOW IMPACT SKATE ( not bending low) 7.) SIDE TO SIDE HEELS to 4 ALT’G HEELS FRONT 8.) 3 QUICK STATIONARY LUNGES, SWITCH LEGS 9.) MARCK FORWARD and BACK (optional knee lift on 4th count) 10.) ALT’G LEG CURLS 11.) REACH UP SQUAT, 4 ALT’G TAP BACK, STEP FORWARD SQUAT, TURN AROUND to Repeat Sequence. PLUS: 45 Second Leg Strength Challenge Interval followed by a ~feel good~ stretch finish. Are You Ready?!
