This week was all about execution, consistency, and momentum. Tuesday kicked things off with a heavy Pull/Hams session where the weights kept climbing and the condition stayed sharp. Wednesday was a productive active rest day, getting through a packed schedule of one-on-one clients and clearing a serious amount of admin. Thursday delivered an explosive Push B session, matching — and possibly exceeding — Tuesday’s intensity. For the first time this week, I trained alongside Claude every session, which meant all meals were followed exactly as planned with no shuffling. This highlighted the real importance of precise fueling and structured nutrition when it comes to performance and long-term progress. Consistency. Discipline. Results.
