This is a simple yet impressive recipe that is perfect for anyone who loves a good fried chicken snack. 📝 Ingredients for Marinade: • Chicken Drumsticks: 8 (Cut into lollipop shape) • Ginger & Garlic Paste: 1 tsp each • Soya Sauce: 3 tbsp • Vinegar: 1 tbsp • Spices: 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Salt Dry Coating Ingredients: • All-Purpose Flour (Maida): 1 cup • Seasoning: 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Chinese Salt, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Onion Powder Quick Steps: 1. The Shape: Cut and push the meat on the drumsticks to one end to create the lollipop shape. 2. The Marinade: Combine the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, and red chilli powder. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour. 3. The Coating: Coat each piece thoroughly in the seasoned dry flour mixture. 4. The Fry: Deep fry in oil on medium heat for 20 minutes until cooked through and golden. 5.
