Thecha paneer is a delightful dish that combines the spicy Maharashtrian condiment called thecha with paneer (Indian cottage cheese). Thecha itself is traditionally made by pounding green chilies, garlic, and salt into a coarse paste using a mortar and pestle. The dish highlights the versatility of paneer in absorbing flavors and textures, making it a favorite among both vegetarians and spice enthusiasts. #paneer #thecharecipe #chefharpalsingh #namakshamak #recipe #cooking #food #starter Ingredients Quantity Oil 1 tbsp Cumin seeds ½ tsp Garlic cloves ¼ cup Peanuts ¼ cup Dry coconut grated ¼ cup Green chilli 15 no White sesame seeds 1 tsp Salt to taste Fresh Coriander 1 cup Curd 3 tbsp Paneer 250 gm Oil 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Chaat masala ½ tsp Chaat masala for sprinkle Red chilli powder for sprinkle Fresh coriander sprig for garnish Method:- 1.
