2 Day Camping Trip | Purtis Creek State Park | Texas State Parks

In this episode, Polly and I took a quick weekend trip to Purtis Creek State Park outside of Eustace, TX for our first camping adventure of 2022. We made reseravtions online and we were able to secure site 46 which was one of the only camp sites open with such short notice. That served as a great reminder to make reservations for the state parks, particularly on the weekends. One of the things we loved about Purtis Creek Campground is that the campsites are well separated by trees, and the sites are large. There are two large fishing piers at Purtis Creek State Park. While we were there in March, no one was catching, but all were having a good time.
