To understand the importance of developing both 'strength' and 'flexibility' for joint health, let's use the analogy of a camera tripod. First, imagine a camera tripod with legs that can spread widely but are weak in strength. What would happen if those wobbly legs, supporting an expensive camera, can't hold it up and collapse?
