Water most of the time i just carry one 500ml (500g) water bottle, the type you get from any bar. a few stages,  if there are not many stops I'd carry 2 500ml. I'd drink 500ml of water with breakfast & the same at each cafe i stopped at for coffee. There are so many places you can refill water bottles & buy water there is no need for a fancy hydration system.  I carry: 1x shorts 1x short sleaved shirt 1x long sleaved shirt 1x mirino wool t-shirt to sleep in 1x feece 1x socks 2x boxer shorts 1x beach towers for night/evening 1x towel 1x warm hat 1x wide brimed sun hat (super important) 1x cool snood (buy a cool Camino one on the walk) 1x walking trainers - so important to get ones that work for you.  1x flip flops Sun glasses Phone & charger Phone ear buds A5 journal book & pen permanent marker pen to add my own Camino wisdom! X2 walking poles X2 pole rubber kit notes before we went: Rucksack Osprey Exos 58 Men only 1.3kg before I cut off what I did not need. Alta III great winter waking coat. the zips go, but Paramo replace them fur about £60 Veleze adventure light smock, I wear for winter mountain biking, mine is 20yrs & counting. I've got a Paramo Endura they last until I feel the stains are rather unbecoming, 10yrs or more. My mountain jacket needs a new zip every couple of years, about £60 that Paramo fit. but they are warm Montane Men's Phase XT Waterproof Jacket I find Montane tops & jackets tight, so mine's an XXL which is true of all Montane's tops for me, but all other brands are XL rain trousers are probably 20yrs old & I love them. Wore them when I cycled End 2 End & 20yrs of DofE expeditions.
