Make this Date Almond Shake 🥤🌰 – Ramadan Special Drink 🌙✨, a creamy, naturally sweet, and energy-boosting beverage perfect for iftar. Packed with the goodness of dates (khajoor) 🍯 and almonds 🌰, this shake provides instant energy after a long fast 💛. This healthy drink is rich in fiber, protein, and essential nutrients 💪, making it ideal for Ramadan iftar 🌙, suhoor meals 🌅, kids 👧👦, and family gatherings 🏡. It’s quick, easy, and made with simple ingredients in just a few minutes ⏳. Enjoy this refreshing and nutritious homemade shake instead of sugary drinks ✨. Ingredients Dates – 15 (seeds taken out) (soaked in 1 cup warm milk) Almonds – 30 (soaked in hot in 1 cup water and skin peeled off) Vanilla custard powder – 3 tbs (diluted in water) Milk full cream – 2 liter Green cardamom – 3 pieces Stevia – 2 tsp White sugar – 2 tsp Almonds – 7 to 8 (chopped) (garnishing) Recipe Soak dates in warm milk and almonds in warm water as shown in the video. Peel the skin of the almonds and drain out the water it was soaked in as shown. Now in a grinder add the peeled off almonds and dates along with the milk in which it was soaked in and grind rigorously, so a thick consistency paste is made as shown in the video. Take the dates and almonds paste out in a bowl. Now in another bowl add vanilla custard powder and dilute it in water as shown. Make sure the whole powder is diluted properly with no lumps. Now in a pan on low to medium flame pour in the milk and when it becomes a little hot add green cardamom cut open into it and stir. Then add the dates and almonds paste you made earlier into the milk and stir so that no lumps are made. You need to keep on stirring and mixing the paste into the milk as shown in the video. Now stir and cook for a while until bubbles are formed in the milk as shown. At this point add diluted vanilla custard powder into the pan and keep on mixing so no lumps are formed. Make sure to keep moving the spoon while you do this so that mixing is done properly. Also constantly moving the spoon and stirring will ensure that nothing settles in the bottom of the pan. Keep on cooking this for another 10 to 15 mins. Then add stevia into it and mix. Now after mixing and cooking for another 5 mins add white sugar and low the flame a little and stir. keep cooking for better results. Now you must stir and cook until the consistency changes a bit. Keep it a little less thick as cooling down will make it appear thicker. Since it’s a drink you can decide whether you want it as a thick shake or thin drink. The drink will be ready. Now pour out the drink in the glasses and add ice cubes into it for more cool and refreshed feeling. Also add finely chopped almonds on the top so while drinking you can also chew the almonds and feel the crunch all along as well. This yummy Ramadan special drink is a must to have.
