Characters Goes into detail about using both Doodly provided assets and importing your own assets into Doodly. Demonstrates multiple ways to add and remove character assets from the canvas and the library. Props Discusses the intention of the props section, resizing methods, different context menu options available for the props assets and the differences between deleting an asset from the canvas and deleting the same asset from the library. Fonts The version of Doodly in the video tutorial came with 3 fonts. A later version added more fonts into the software. We discuss the differences in licensing of fonts and indicate a location where you can obtain free for commercial use fonts for your Doodly software. We demonstrate how to resize and change the font types in Doodly. Shows the font asset options and provide advice on attaching a sound effect to an asset. Talks about naming conventions and how to remember when a font needs attribution or payment for use.
