Ye paneer recipe ghar par asaani se ban jaati hai aur taste bilkul restaurant jaisa hota hai 😋 #PaneerDoPyaza #PaneerRecipe #DhabaStylePaneer #VegRecipe Ingredients:- For Gravy: 2 tbsp Oil Whole Spices: 10–12 Black Peppercorns 2 Green Cardamom 1 Black Cardamom 1 inch Cinnamon stick 4–5 Cloves 1 Bay Leaf 1 Whole Dry Red Chilli 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 2 large Onions (finely chopped) 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp Cumin Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 2 Tomatoes (finely chopped) 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste) Curd Masala Mix: ½ cup Curd (Yogurt) 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Garam Masala 1 tsp Sabzi Masala 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder For Paneer Frying: 400 g Paneer (cut into cubes) 1 tbsp Ghee ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds ¼ tsp Crushed Coriander Seeds 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste Salt to taste 1 Onion (cut into cubes) Final Touch: 1 tsp Kasuri Methi (crushed) 1 tbsp Fresh Cream Water as required Method | How to Make Paneer Do Pyaza Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai. Add all the whole spices – black peppercorns, green & black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, dry red chilli and cumin seeds. Sauté for a few seconds till aromatic. Add finely chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown. Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix well and roast the masala properly. Add chopped tomatoes and salt, cover and cook for 10 minutes till tomatoes turn soft and oil starts separating. In a bowl, whisk curd with coriander powder, garam masala, sabzi masala and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Add this mixture to the gravy, mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. In another pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee. Add cumin seeds and crushed coriander seeds. Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix well. Add paneer cubes and shallow fry gently. Then add onion cubes and fry together till lightly golden. Now add kasuri methi, fresh cream and little water to the gravy and cook for a few minutes. Finally, add the fried paneer and onion mixture to the gravy. Mix gently and cook for 2–3 minutes.
