Ingredients 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 onions, finely chopped 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste ½ tsp turmeric powder ¼ tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp meat masala ½ tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste (approx. 1 tsp) 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 4 tomatoes, pureed 100 g soya chunks (boiled, dried & ground) 1 tsp garam masala A pinch of grated nutmeg 1 bowl boiled green peas 1 tbsp ghee Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Recipe Method (बनाने की विधि): Sabse pehle ek kadai me oil garam karein aur jeera add karein. Jeera crackle hone ke baad chopped onion daal kar golden brown hone tak bhunein. Ab ginger garlic paste add karein aur raw smell jaane tak bhunein. Iske baad haldi, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, meat masala, lal mirch aur namak daal kar achhe se bhunein. Ab Kashmiri lal mirch aur tomato puree add karein. Kadai ko cover karke 10 minutes tak cook karein jab tak oil separate na ho jaye. Ab boiled, dried aur ground soya chunks kadai me daal kar achhe se mix karein. Kuch der bhunane ke baad garam masala aur thoda sa grated jaiphal add karein. Ab boiled matar add karein aur gently mix karein. Finally 1 tbsp ghee aur fresh dhaniya patta daal kar gas band kar dein.
