Simple masalon, desi tadke aur perfect gravy ke saath yeh chicken curry roti, paratha ya chawal ke saath laajawab lagti hai. Ingredients (Samagri) Chicken – 750 gram Sarson ka tel (Mustard Oil) – 1 cup Jeera – 1 tsp Choti elaichi – 2 Badi elaichi – 2 Kali mirch – 10–12 Laung – 6–7 Dalchini – 1 inch Javitri – thodi si Chakrphool – 1 Sukhi lal mirch – 7–8 Tej patta – 2 Pyaz (finely chopped) – 3 Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp Haldi powder – ½ tsp Dhaniya powder – 1 tsp Jeera powder – ½ tsp Garam masala – 1 tsp Chicken masala – 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder – 1 tsp Tamatar ki puree – 3 tamatar Namak – 2 tsp (ya swad anusar) Paani – jarurat ke anusar Hara dhaniya – garnish ke liye Recipe (Banane ki Vidhi) Sabse pehle ek bagune ya kadhai mein 1 cup sarson ka tel achhi tarah garam karein, jab tel se halka dhuaan nikalne lage tab aanch medium kar dein. Ab tel mein jeera, choti aur badi elaichi, kali mirch, laung, dalchini, javitri, chakrphool, sukhi lal mirch aur tej patta daal kar khushboo aane tak bhunein. Iske baad 3 finely chopped pyaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhunte rahein. Pyaz bhun jaane ke baad 2 tsp ginger garlic paste daal kar 1–2 minute bhunein jab tak kachapan khatam ho jaye. Ab saare sukhe masale – haldi, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, garam masala, chicken masala aur Kashmiri lal mirch daal kar achhi tarah bhunein. Masala bhun jaane par 3 tamatar ki puree aur 2 tsp namak daal kar tab tak bhunein jab tak tel alag na ho jaye. Ab 750 gram chicken daal kar lagatar chalate hue 5–7 minute tak bhunein taaki chicken masale ko achhi tarah soak kar le. Ab gravy ke hisaab se jarurat anusar paani daal kar dhak kar 10–15 minute tak pakne dein.
