Prasenjit Mitra, MBBS, MD, MRSB, MIScT, FLS, FACSc, FAACC, is an Assistant Professor of Biochemistry and Assistant Dean of Research in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur, India. Dr. Mitra is a trained Internal Auditor (ISO 15189), International Lead Assessor (AERSSC) and certified Lean Six Sigma Expert. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Clinical Chemistry Academy (FAACC) and Association of Clinical Scientists, USA (FACSc). Dr. Mitra is also an ASCP Career Ambassador 2.0, member of IFCC Taskforce on Global eLearning/eAcademy, Congress and Conference Committee, APFCB, Joint Secretary of Association of Clinical Biochemists of India (ACBI), Coordinator of ACBI Webinar Program, member of Royal Society of Biology (MRSB), member of Institute of Science and Technology (MIScT), UK, corresponding member of IFCC Committee on Clinical Laboratory Management (C-CLM). He has several peer-reviewed indexed publications, serves on the editorial board for various journals, and actively engages in peer-reviewing activities. Dr. Mitra’s research interests include molecular immunotoxicology, molecular psychiatry, and laboratory management.
