It has more benefits than just improving pelvic floor and core health too. It helps with inflammation, lymph flow, stress release, and s much more! It is the absolute foundation. We go over all of this in depth in the MBC programs! I have specific cuing and tips on using the breath with each and every exercise as well as troubleshoot sections for when it just isn't quite clicking, because let's be honest, we all don't learn things the exact same way! **REMEMBER - there is a lot that goes into pelvic floor and core rehab and this is just a quick touch on it to get you started.
