Here are the ingredients and steps: 材料 Ingredients: 2 顆蛋白 Egg Whites 1/4 小匙塔塔粉 tsp Cream of Tar Tar 1/4 小匙鹽 tsp Salt 90g 細砂糖 Granulated Sugar 1 小匙香草精 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 滴紅色食用色素 drop of Red Food Coloring (自選 Optional) 20g 牛奶巧克力 Milk Chocolate 20g 核桃 Walnuts 步驟: 預備工作 1. 預熱烤箱至90°C。 2. 用烘焙紙鋪好烤盤。 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.擦乾淨盛蛋白的碗,確保沒有多餘的油/水。 2.分開蛋白和蛋黃。 3.以低速打發蛋白。 4.加入塔塔粉和鹽。 5.轉用中速打發,起泡時便開始分次加入糖,每次逐少加入1大匙的份量。 6.打發至濕性發泡時加入香草精,再轉用高速打發約4-5分鐘,以達到閃亮的乾性發泡後便可以用來擠花。 7.如要做粉紅色的蛋白餅乾,取出約1/3的蛋白霜,再混入一滴紅色食用色素便可。 8.在已預熱至90°C的烤箱中烤2小時,關火後不用取出烤盤,於烤箱中逐漸放涼約1小時。 9.用溶化的巧克力和一些切碎的核桃來做底部的裝飾便完成了~ Steps: Preparation 1. Line baking tray with parchment paper. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.Wipe off a bowl to make sure there is no excess oil/water for beating egg whites. 2.Separate egg whites and egg yolks. 3.Whip the egg whites at low speed. 4.Then gradually add cream of tartar and salt. 5.Switch to medium speed and start to add sugar when foaming. Adding 1 tablespoon each time. 6.Add vanilla extract when it reaches to soft peaks. Then beat at high-speed for about 4-5 minutes to achieve a shiny stiff peaks for piping. 7.To make pink meringue cookies, take out about 1/3 of the meringue and mix in a drop of red food coloring. 8.Bake in an oven that has been preheated to 90°C for 2 hours.
