Add blended fried onion, yogurt and tomatoes. Heat oil add all spice powder cook. Add salt, green chilies, coriander, ginger garlic paste fry well. Add as required water then add meat balls, all spice powder, cumin and green masala serve. ---------------------------------------------------------- Palak aur Maash Ki Daal Ingredients: Spinach ½ kg Black gram 1 cup Oil 1 cup Green chili 4 Garlic peel cloves 6 Whole red chili 10 Ginger (finely cut) 2 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Salt to taste Method: Black gram wash and soaked in Luke warm water. Then gram and spinach mix and cook on low heat .when gram tender then lightly mashed then add salt ,Whole red chili, finely chopped ginger and butter add and again cook for 10 minutes after this heat oil and butter and fry peel garlic cloves golden brown then pour on grams .delicious spinach palak daal serve with chapatti .
