It’s the first week of our freezer cleanout challenge for July 2025. I went through my 2 very full freezers in the last video and wrote an inventory, and in this video I’m sharing what I made for the first week. Most of the meals are either gluten-free, sugar-free, or dairy-free, sometimes all 3! Oh, and I cook with whole foods around here! Please, use this as motivation to clean out your own freezer! Always try to use food you have at home before heading to the grocery store for more. It’s just good stewardship and can save you a lot of time and money.
