My infographic on how to incorporate supportive training elements into your sprint program attracted a lot of attention. There were also a lot of questions generated by the posting. I thought a brief video would help to clear up some of the questions and provide a broader explanation of the benefits of these training interventions. While it is nice to implement specific exercises to elicit desired responses in performance, it can be a much more complicated process of planning, timing, integration and patience. Knowing how much to add and when to add it is always a challenge. And, with a consistent approach, you must wait a considerable amount of time to see if these improvements will be realized. That takes dedication and patience. I will be providing greater explanations on all of my infographics and producing an Infographic Mini-Course for coaches, athletes, trainers and physical therapists.
