Now this original recipe is not for the faint of heart but for those that have an appetite for a spicy and so delicious chicken tender. It is made with the simplest ingredients and it packs a lot of flavour and best of anyone can make these at home with ease. Give our Fire in your Mouth – FLAMING HOT CHICKEN TENDERS a try for an explosion of taste in your mouth. Here is how we did them. RECIPE INGREDIENTS Hot Sauce • ½ cup butter - melted • 1 cup Frank's RedHot Original Hot Sauce • 1 tbs white vinegar • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp cayenne pepper • salt and black pepper - to taste Chicken Tenders • 10 pcs chicken tenders *see note • 1 cup BBQ Chips • 1 cup BBQ Corn Chips • 1 Cup Flaming Hot Cheetos • 1½ tsp cayenne pepper • ½ tsp salt • ½ tsp pepper • 1 egg • ¼ cup milk • ½ cup flour • 2 cups of canola oil (the amount largely depends on the size of the sauce pan you will use to cook the tenders. The larger the saucepan the more oil you need) *Note – We always remove the tenders from the breasts when we prepare chicken breast for a meal. We place them in a Ziploc bag and freeze them. We continue to add to the Ziploc bag every time we prepare breasts for a meal until we have enough tenders for a meal DIRECTIONS Hot Sauce • Add everything into a sauce pan • Bring to a boil • Lower heat to simmer • Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes • Set aside Chicken Tenders • Add chips, corn chips and Cheetos in a food processor • Pulse until chips and Cheetos are turned into fine crumbs • Place crumbs on a plate • Add cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt & pepper to the crumb mixture • Stir to mix • Place flour on a plate • Add egg to a bowl and scramble • Add milk in the egg mixture and stir to combine • 1st dip tender one at a time in the flour to cover • 2nd dip floured tender in the egg mixture • 3rd dip the tender in the chip crumb mixture to cover • Set aside • Repeat until all tenders are covered with the crumb mixture • Add oil in a sauce pan • Heat oil to 375℉ • Add prepared tenders in hot oil • Carefully stir the tenders to make sure they don’t stick to each other • Cook for 2 to 2½ minutes or until tenders reached an internal temp of 165℉ • Remove from hot oil and place the cooked tenders in a bowl • Add about ½ of the hot sauce to the tenders and mix them well to cover • and let them rest for 5 minutes ENJOY!!! 00:00 – introduction 01:00 – preparing the hot sauce 02:22 – preparing the coating for the tenders 05:27 – coating the tenders 06:18 – cooking the hot sauce 06:26 – cooking the tenders in the hot oil 11:22 – covering the cooked tenders with hot sauce 11:55 – the taste test 13:51 – conclusion Subscribe and follow for more awesome videos by clicking here ---- https://bit.ly/2CXCXAq?sub_confirmati... #chickentenders #chickenfingers #spicymeal
