Fully Loaded Super Nachos on the Grill When it comes to nachos all we can think about is our fully loaded super nachos on the grill. Why? Because they are loaded with all kinds of goodies. If you love something then cut it up and throw it on the nachos. You can’t go wrong. The boys got back together after a 2-year covid related lay-off and we telling you they were hungry. They started off for their comeback sessions with some fully loaded super nachos that were cooked on the Traeger grill. They loaded these boys with onions, peppers, Jalapeno peppers, re-fried homemade beans, top sirloin marinated beef strips, homemade Italian sausage, Mexican cheddar and mozzarella cheese then slapped them on the Traeger pellet grill. No need to tell you how good these were because the video tells the story better than we can ever explain that on a write-up. Here is how we did them Ingredients • 1 medium size sweet onions diced • ½ each red and yellow bell pepper diced • 1 large tomato diced • 1 large jalapeno pepper cored and diced • 1 – 16oz jar of baked beans (we used our homemade beans) – see video here: • Smoked Baked Beans on the Grill • ½ lbs of thinly sliced top sirloin roast beef cooked to medium rare • ¾ lbs Italian sausage (we used our home sausage) see video here: • Juicy & Flavorful Italian Sausage • 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheddar cheese • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce • 2 tbs of brown sugar • 1 tbs Siracha Sauce • 1 bag of Nacho Chips Directions • Fry the beans in a large sauce pan until all liquid has evaporated- set aside to cool off • Cut the thinly sliced roast beef in 1” pieces • In a medium size bowl add the Worcestershire sauce, the brown sugar and siracha sauce • Stir until the sugar has dissolved • Add the cut-up roast beef to the brine and set aside for 15 minutes • Cooked the Italian sausage crumbling it into small pieces – don’t overcook – set aside to cool off • In a cookie tray add a parchment paper to cover the bottom of the pan • Spread the nacho chips over the parchment paper • Once done spread ½ of the Mexican cheddar over top of the chips • Sprinkle the onions, the bell peppers, the re-fried beans, the roast beef, the sausage meat, the Jalapeno peppers and the tomatoes • Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese on top • Sprinkle the remainder of the Mexican cheddar on top • Start your grill and set the temp to 400℉ • Baked on the grill for 10 minutes • After 10 check to see how they are coming and if not to your liking leave on grill for another 5 minutes • Get them off the grill and ENJOY!!! 00:00 – Introduction 01:00 – Preparing the vegetables 01:50 – Preparing the rest of the ingredients 06:50 – Putting it all together 10:35 – Cooking the Nachos on the Traeger grill 11:10 – The taste test 13:13 – Conclusion Subscribe and follow for more awesome videos by clicking here ---- https://bit.ly/2CXCXAq?sub_confirmati... #nachos #gamedaynachos #fullyloadednachos #nachosonthegrill
