This is a 30 minute head to toe yoga stretch practice. Part 11 of the Rise & Stretch Series of classes. A gentle, full body stretch practice designed to help you release tension, create space through your hips, spine and legs and move with ease from the ground up. This practice is here to help you gently unwind and stretch out any tension you might be carrying, whether it's from sitting, moving or just the pace of your day. We’ll begin lying down and gradually work our way through slow, deliberate movements, with time for rest and stillness at the end. For practice, you may wish to have a block and folded blanket.
