Since it is knee friendly, that means there are no squats, no lunges, and no jumping exercises. It is set up as a circuit style workout so it is not only a strength workout but a low impact cardio endurance workout as well. This workout is beginner-friendly! To make it more challenging, INCREASE your weight or SHORTEN rest time between circuits! This is an apartment-friendly full body workout & postpartum and pregnancy friendly strength training workout as well!
