Homes are still selling, just not instantly. Days on market typically range from about 15 to 35 days, and the difference comes down to pricing and positioning. Even now, homes are still selling over asking. We’re no longer seeing the extreme bidding wars of early 2022, but well priced homes are closing around 102 to 107 percent of list price. Prices have remained relatively stable, generally hovering between $1.6M and $1.9M across the Bay Area. That’s not a crash.
