In this LEG KETTLEBELL WORKOUT we will focus on strengthening the lower body. We will have 16x super sets which means 32x movements in total. We will perform each movement for 50 seconds long and with only 10 seconds rest we will switch to the second exercise of the superset. Between each superset we will have 25 seconds rest. After the first 8x supersets we will have a 50 seconds water break. Make sure that you do a proper warming up before starting with the workout: • Dynamic Stretch Full Body Warm Up | Warmin... You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by adding more weight or/and by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row (depending on your fitness level).
