Powerful Breathwork with Boojung Kriya 🧘🏽♀️ ** Remember ** visualize yourself doing the ideal posture even if you can't physically get into it or maintain it. The body responds to the mind. We begin with the Adi Mantra Tune In “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” three to five times on one breath. Warmups Boojung Kriya When you develop a meditative mind you gain the mental capacity to automatically and appropriately change gears appropriately as you face the challenges of life. “This is Boojung Kriya, the most powerful kriya in the science of yoga. It will give you nerve standardization and build the power of your central nerve (Shushmana naadi). It will take away from your personality the habit of falsely 'crying wolf.’” Posture & Mudra: Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Cup the left hand and place it at the level of the navel, palm upward. With the right hand, lock the index finger with the thumb in Gyan Mudra and place the hand about shoulder height resting the elbow by the sides of the ribs. Breath: Extend your tongue out your mouth and lock it down with your upper teeth. Inhale and exhale through the mouth, sucking the air in around the sides of your tongue. The tongue is flat. Breathe deeply and powerfully. 8 minutes This breath creates a special air that will “take care of things.” Eyes: Closed To Finish: Hold the position, keep the tongue out, inhale, and hold the breath 5-10 seconds. Exhale out a powerful Cannon fire. Rapidly repeat this breath sequence 4 more times, Relax and go within.
