I'll give you the simple, foundational cooking method to get started right away. 💫 And for those of you who don't love veggies? Try this approach out - it's not as tricky as it seems. DIRECTIONS HERE ⬇️ Ingredients: ✅ Vegetables of choice (I used Delicata Squash, Garlic and Eggplant) ✅ Olive oil ✅ Salt to taste ✅ Herbs or Spices Directions: 1. Set oven to 400 ℉ (could range 350-425 depending on your oven) 2. Chop up veggies. Note: the smaller the pieces, the less cooking time they may need! 3. Drizzle oil and herbs/spices/salt overtop 4. Place first tray into oven (these are your veggies that need more time → starchy veggies) 5. Bake in oven ~10-12 minutes and stir 6. Place second tray in oven 7. Cook another 15 minutes or until desired crispiness 8. Enjoy many ways! 🧑🏻🍳 As you can see from the video, you do NOT need to be a top chef to enjoy cooking. Be as messy as you need. Your body will reap the nutritional benefits anyways!
