20 minute beginners follow along workout with 1 kettlebell. 40 seconds work | 20 seconds rest | 10 exercises | 2 rounds KB swings L KB Swings R Push Ups Clean & Press L Clean & Press R Bicep Curls RDL RDL Goblet Squats As part of my comeback from my disc herniation and nerve damage I have gone back to using Kettlebells at home to build up some strength and mobility I used to coach Kettlebells for runners outdoors a few times a week in any weather but its been a while so although I may be rusty and a long term injury I can hopefully share my workouts with you.
