Hey #teameverydaywarrior, here we go with another Dumbbell workout. This one is created for building strength and muscle, which is a solid base for getting in shape. It includes 12 different supersets. Every superset is splitted into a lower body strength exercise, followed by a core exercise. We are going for two sets.
