For the filling, melt the white chocolate and mix it into the pistachio paste. Then add shredded coconut. After that, add chopped pistachios, green color, and pistachio essence. Fill the mixture into a mold and place it in the freezer. For the topping, melt the milk chocolate, mix in the oil, and pour it over the filling. Finally, sprinkle crushed pistachios on top, freeze again, slice, and serve. ORANGE CREAM CHEESE DESSERT Ingredients: Cream cheese 250 grams Orange juice 100 ml Icing sugar 50 grams Orange essence a few drops Whipy whip cream 100 ml Method Beat the cream cheese with icing sugar until smooth. Now add the orange juice and mix well. Then add the orange essence. Lightly whip the whipy whip cream and fold it into the mixture. Scoop out the pulp from the oranges to make empty shells, then fill them with the prepared mixture. Refrigerate for half an hour to one hour. Take them out, sprinkle caster sugar on top, and caramelize it using a torch gun.
