In today’s class, we will explore a series of soothing yoga stretches that target the full body. You'll find a perfect blend of relaxation and gentle movement, allowing you to dissolve tension and reconnect with your breath. Don't worry if you don't have all the props; you can use blocks, pillows, or even cushions to enhance your practice. The Affirmation for this class is? “I live in the balance between peace and ambition.” As you follow along, take your time with each pose. We will explore gentle stretches that include Half Butterfly, Turtle Pose, Supported Bridge, and Seated 90/90. Guided breathing techniques are used to enhance your focus and mindfulness. Remember, this is your practice. Adjust each stretch to suit your comfort level and enjoy the calming music accompanying you throughout the session.
