I hope you enjoy my video! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Steamed Egg With Tofu Ingredients Eggs----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 large Tofu(firm)--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 180g Carrot--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/4 (50g) Onion--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/4 (50g) Green onion----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Stalks Enoki mushroom--------------------------------------------------------------------------- 50g Garlic--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Clove Cooking wine--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tbsp Bamboo salt---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/4 Tsp Coarse salt------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1/4 Tsp Perilla oil---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Tbsp Sesame oil------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tbsp Instructions 1. Chop carrot, onion, mushroom and green onion. Mince garlic 2. Pat tofu dry using paper towel. Smash tofu using a knife. 3. In a big bowl, crack the eggs and season with salt 4. Heat the pan over medium heat. Add perilla oil and vegetable oil. Flavor the oil with garlic 5. Add carrot, onion and mushrooms to the pan. Add one pinch of salt and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add mashed tofu to the pan and cooking wine and mix thoroughly cooking. Stir fry them for 2 to 3 minutes 6. Pour a half of egg mixture to the pan and keep stirring until egg mixture, tofu and vegetables looks all together 7. Add the rest amount of egg mixture and keep stirring. Lightly flatten the egg mixture using a spoon. Lower the heat to a minimum and cover the lid. Cook for another 8 minutes 8. Transfer the steamed egg with tofu to the plate.
