Prawns KOLIWADA - Made famous by the Kolis of Mumbai, this spicy and crispy preparation of Prawn, Shrimp & Fish is famous in Mumbai and all over India. Prawns are marinated in a spice blend and then slathered in a GLUTEN FREE batter and fried till crispy!
