It’s about realizing that time is my most scarce resource, so I have to master the basics to show up better for my kids, my partner, and my future self. In this video, I break down my "Path of Least Resistance"—5 non-negotiables I'm turning into my daily identity: 1. Sleep: The biological requirement for the other 16 hours. 2. Hydration: 3L of water before sunset (timed to protect my sleep). 3. Eating right: The 15-Meal Rule (80% healthy, 20% life). 4. Mobility/Yoga stretches: A 15-minute gift to my 70-year-old self. 5. Reduce Screen Time: Reclaiming my time from the algorithms. If I can get these right 80% of the time, the foundation for the next 10 years is solid.
